 Karl is flexible and adaptable; no addition or change was ever too much for him to accommodate. He offered expert advice throughout the build, advising of pros and cons then leaving the final decision to me. He was always conscious of a safe worksite and continued to educate me on the building regulations. His no.1 objective was to achieve a high-quality build, within budget.  I have plans to engage Karl to do additional work at my property in the near future. The job he did was excellent. And his proactive, honest and enthusiastic traits made him very well liked - he quickly became part of the family.
